Is it true there has been many reports of residents in Kirkstone Lodge on Ivybridge who are not happy with their Warden?

I understand the Warden lives in 1 of the 2 Bedroom Flats in Kirkstone with Her Husband and 3 Children?

If this is true why have the Council not replaced her with someone else as surely Children should NOT be living in a Block of Flats for the elderly?
