Dear Residents and Press

July has proved to be another environmental disaster as far as odour from Mogden is concerned.

MRAG have been inundated with complaints of horrific late night odour which has caused much distress to residents trying to enjoy the holiday period or simply wanting to get some sleep with open windows.

Complaints have been forwarded to Thames Water and the Council. The matter has now become of such serious concern to the Council that various meetings took place ...

Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone else is hoping to rent an allotment in the Isleworth area? I've made several enquiries and the waiting list is 5 years apparently. If I can get together 6 or more people in the area however, it is possible to make a case to put foward to the council. It is a legal requirement (The 1908 allotments act) that they provide allotments where there is demand. I think a 5 year waiting list demonstrates a significant demand. Anyone who may be interested, please PM ...

Basically last week a Good friend of Mine who is partly disabled was pushed to the ground and threatened in his own home by his neighbor.

The disgusting part off it all is this neighbor serves on a Resident Association that represents my friend and a Police Panel that represents us all in Isleworth.

Ive not spoken to my friend yet to see if he is OK, but i will advise him to report this Neighbor to the Police and Hounslow ...

I would like to congratulate the owner on a great forum and wish you all the very best of luck with it, I am sure it will grow and become very popular in time.

If you will forgive me one minor criticism, I think some of the bickering, such as on the URA/NITA thread, is off putting and might be discouraging good people from joining. It is to your credit that you allow opposing views, even from people who insult you, an airing, but I think it is a mistake not to ban this kind of nonsense ...

Shop Advertisement Boards

The council now has brought in a new law which states that shop owners are NOT allowed to place advertisement boards on the pavements outside there shops if they do they will receive a fine.

This law has been brought in to make pavements safe for elderly, disabled and blind people.

So why is it that whilst i walked from Isleworth To Brentford today i saw 4 Businesses ignoring the law?

Isn't there anyone going around doing checks?
